The Effectiveness Maximizer Program has been developed to assist
entrepreneurs in conducting a complete assessment of all aspects of their
business in order that they might develop a plan to change the way in
which they operate the business. Many entrepreneurs start their business
and then do not create the systems and processes that are required to
ensure that they are efficient and effective.
As they grow larger they often find that they are out of control. This
is best reflected in how they are perceived in the marketplace. In so
many cases the level of good customer service is lacking as these entrepreneurs
are "too busy" to ensure that they communicate effectively with
their clients. This results in dissatisfied clients. In busy times this
does not appear to be a problem but the reality is that it is often reflected
in the slowness of payments for work done and not completed and this causes
a major cash crisis for the owner.
A significant objective for many business owners is to create a business
that ensures profitability to support the owner, his employees, and their
families. In many cases the owner would like to create a sustainable business
that can be sold at some point in the future.
SBA has developed this program to work with the entrepreneur and his team
to assess all aspects of their operations. Using a combination of workshops
and on site visits the SBA team assists in clearly defining the challenges
and obstacles and then developing a plan to overcome all of this at a
pace that can be handled by the client and his/her business.
