However, it is also a fact that the majority of entrepreneurs have little, if any, financial experience. If they are to be successful they must focus on identifying and using their "Empowered Advantage™" .They must do what they do best and leave all of the other roles to either internal or external resources who have the expertise to work with them as a team to achieve the goals of the owner.

SBA has developed an introductory program to assist in assessing these financial requirements. Using a combination of on site review as well as a detailed questionnaire the entrepreneurs participates in a one on one workshop with key members of the SBA team in order to assess not only where they are, where they want to go, but what tools and processes they will need to reach their defined objectives.
